COLD: FRIDGE AND FREEZER SENSOR PROBES

These sensors are used to know the exact temperature of the evaporator and the refrigerating cell.
Special resin-filled plastic cap and/or over-moulding thermoplastic bonding on PVC cable guarantee IP67 performance for +5000 hours in water immersion. High precision NTCs used in these sensors give accurate temperature measurement till 0.3C° from 0C° to 10C° and up to 1C° from 0C° to -35C°. Electromechanical Thermostats, resin coated, are designed to create a complete defrosting system, connected to the heating element, working in automatic cycle.
T.C.O. (Thermal Cut Off) sensors, used to avoid the heating element failure, are assembled in different plastic shapes according to EN60335 rules.

HOT: OVEN AND HOTPLATE PLATINUM SENSOR PROBES

From -40C° to 800C° Platinum sensors with an accuracy of ± 5C° The heart of these probes are Prtd sensors (Platinum Resistance Temperature Detector) based on Thin Film Technology.
Their precision, quickness , long-term stability and low-price allows the replacement of mechanical thermostats with Electronic P.I.D. (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) Controllers.
Hotplate Prtd integrated sensor is the state of art in hotplate heating control: its very fast temperature rise-time can support water boiling point detection.

WASHING: WASHER AND DRYER NTC SENSOR PROBES

We produce many types of probes for Washing, Drying and Dishwashing Machines. NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) sensors are used to detect Water and Air temperature from -40C° up to 145C°. NTC sensor converts water/air temperature value in electrical signal with precision up to 1C°. Different shapes and materials of probes’ caps are produced according to Customer mounting system and Customer technical requirements.

BOILER: BOILER SENSOR PROBES

These kind of probes are engineered to take control of temperature in boiler applications, from -20C° to 160 C°.
Fast response time, high precision, IP67 sealing and the use of dedicated special materials are the most important features of these probes. Custom shape and assembly can be studied by our Engineers according to Customer mounting system and Customer technical requirements.
